摘要
目的 本研究旨在探讨肠内序贯营养支持护理对重症颅脑损伤患者预后的影响。方法 研究对象 100
名重症颅脑损伤患者，分为实验组和对照组。对两组的感染发生率、并发症发生率和神经功能恢复进行评估。结
果 实验组患者在感染发生率和并发症发生率方面显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），表明肠内序贯营养支持护理可以
降低重症颅脑损伤患者的感染和并发症风险。结论 肠内序贯营养支持护理对重症颅脑损伤患者预后具有积极的
影响。通过降低感染和并发症发生率，并促进神经功能恢复，该护理方法有望改善患者的康复和预后。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the impact of sequential enteral nutrition support nursing on the
prognosis of patients with severe head injury. Method A total of 100 patients with severe head injury were divided into
an experimental group and a control group. Evaluate the incidence of infection, complications, and neurological recovery
in both groups. Result The incidence of infection and complications in the experimental group was significantly lower
than that in the control group (P<0.05), indicating that sequential enteral nutrition support nursing can reduce the risk of
infection and complications in patients with severe head injury. Conclusion Sequential enteral nutrition support nursing
has a positive impact on the prognosis of patients with severe head injury. By reducing the incidence of infection and
complications, and promoting the recovery of neurological function, this nursing method is expected to improve the
rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
