Moxibustion at Guanyuan and Qihai points for treatment of urinary retention after orthopedic surgery
艾灸关元、气海穴治疗骨科术后的尿潴留

摘要

目的 分析艾灸关元、气海穴治疗骨科术后的尿潴留。方法 选择我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月骨 科术后尿潴留患者共 70 例，住院号单双法随机分 2 组每组 35 例，对照组的患者给予常规方案治疗，观察组在该 基础上增加艾灸关元、气海穴治疗。比较两组导尿管留置的天数、治疗前后患者生存质量、总有效率。结果 观 察组导尿管留置的天数短于对照组，治疗后患者生存质量高于对照组，总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 常 规方案联合艾灸关元、气海穴治疗对于骨科术后尿潴留的治疗效果确切，可有效改善患者的病情和生活质量，缩 短尿管留置的时间，值得推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the urinary retention after orthopedic surgery treated by moxibustion Guanyuan and Qihai points.
Methods A total of 70 patients with urinary retention after orthopedic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups by odd-even hospitalization number method, 35 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and moxibustion at Guanyuan and Qihai points were added to the observation group on this basis. The days of catheter indwelling, quality of life before and after treatment and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.
Results The days of catheter indwelling in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the quality of life after treatment was higher than that in the control group, the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The conventional plan combined with moxibustion Guanyuan and Qihai point for the treatment of urinary retention after orthopedic surgery is effective, can effectively improve the patient's condition and quality of life, shorten the time of urinary catheter retention, worthy of promotion and application.
