摘要
目的 讨论及研究持续质量改进护理管理对泌尿系统结石患者护理满意度的影响。方法 本次研究的
起始时间为 2022 年 1 月份，截止时间为 2022 年 12 月份，研究为期一年，参与本次研究患者的数量为 100 例，
分成甲组和乙组，每组 50 例，甲组患者常规护理，乙组持续质量改进护理管理，分析两组患者的护理质量以及
护理满意度。结果 乙组患者护理质量更高，护理满意度更高，P<0.05。结论 针对于泌尿系统结石患者提供持续
质量改进护理管理，可以提高患者的护理质量，降低并发症的产生，提高患者的护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To discuss and study the effect of continuous quality improvement nursing management on
nursing satisfaction of patients with urinary calculi. Methods This study started in January 2022 and ended in December
2022 for one year. The number of patients participating in this study was 100, which were divided into group A and
Group B, with 50 patients in each group. Routine nursing in group A and continuous quality improvement nursing
management in group B were used to analyze the nursing quality and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups.
Results Patients in group B had higher nursing quality and nursing satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion Providing
continuous quality improvement nursing management for patients with urinary calculi can improve the quality of nursing,
reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
