Nursing care of perioperative complications of Atrial fibrillation treated by radiofrequency ablation
射频消融治疗心房颤动围手术期并发症的护理

摘要

目的 本文主要目的为探究在射频消融治疗心房颤动围手术期对患者实施护理干预，对其并发症发 生的影响。方法 选取 2022 年 1 月－2023 年 1 月期间我院收治的接受射频消融治疗的心房颤动患者 100 例作为 研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组，每组患者 50 例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组患者采 用优质护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 实验组对护理的满意程度显著高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； 同时实验组并发症发生率低于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在心房颤动患者接受射频消融治疗期间 对其实施护理干预能够有效降低并发症发生率，促进康复。

Abstract

Objective The main purpose of this article is to explore the effect of nursing intervention on the complications of Atrial fibrillation patients during the perioperative period of radiofrequency ablation.
Methods 100 patients with Atrial fibrillation who received radiofrequency ablation in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table. There were 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, and the patients in the experimental group received high-quality care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The satisfaction level of nursing care in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention for patients with Atrial fibrillation during radiofrequency ablation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and promote rehabilitation.
