The Application Value of Comfort Nursing in Elderly Chronic Cough Patients
舒适护理在老年慢性咳嗽患者中的应用价值

摘要

目的 分析对老年慢性咳嗽患者运用舒适护理的护理效果。方法 选择 2021 年 3 月-2023 年 5 月这一 时间段为研究时间，抽取该时间内在我院就诊的老年慢性咳嗽患者 82 例，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组和观 察组各 41 例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理，对比两组患者的舒适评分，同时再对比两组患者的 睡眠质量评分。结果 观察组的患者舒适评分明显高于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。而在睡眠质量 评分上，观察组也优于对照组，差异同样有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 舒适护理应用效果显著，可提高老年慢 性咳嗽患者心理和生理舒适度，促进正常睡眠，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of using comfortable care for elderly patients with chronic cough. Method The study period from March 2021 to May 2023 was selected, and 82 elderly patients with chronic cough who visited our hospital during this period were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 41 patients in each group according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received comfort care. The comfort scores of the two groups of patients were compared, and the sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients were also compared. Result The comfort score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of sleep quality score, the observation group was also better than the control group, and the difference was also statistically significant, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The application of comfort nursing has a significant effect, which can improve the psychological and physiological comfort of elderly patients with chronic cough, promote normal sleep, and is worth promoting.
