The impact of high-quality nursing services on patients' NIHSS scores in elderly cerebral infarction care
优质护理服务在老年性脑梗塞护理中应用对患者 NIHSS 评分的影响

摘要

目的探究优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗塞护理中的效果。方法 66 例老年性脑梗塞患者取自 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 3 月期间，按照护理方法的不同分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常规护理，后者行优质护理， 每组 33 例。对比两组护理效果。结果 NIHSS 评分护理后比较实验组低（P＜0.05）。安全事件发生率比较实验 组显低（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度为 96.97%，参考组护理满意度为 69.69%，护理满意度比较实验组显高（P ＜0.05）。结论 优质护理服务应用于老年性脑梗塞护理中效果令人满意，能够改善患者的神经缺损情况，降低 安全事件的发生，有助于促进患者康复，为此患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of high-quality nursing services applied in the care of elderly cerebral infarction. Method 66 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected from March 2021 to March 2022 and divided into a reference group and an experimental group according to different nursing methods. The former received routine care, while the latter received high-quality care, with 33 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The NIHSS score after nursing was lower than that of the experimental group (P<0.05). The incidence of safety incidents was significantly lower compared to the experimental group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 96.97%, while that of the reference group was 69.69%. The nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing services in the care of elderly cerebral infarction has a satisfactory effect, can improve patients' neurological deficits, reduce the occurrence of safety events, and help promote patient recovery. Therefore, patients are relatively satisfied.
