摘要

目的 分析新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿采取亚低温治疗仪+集束化护理干预对预后及生长发 育的影响。方法 选取 2020 年 9 月至 2021 年 7 月收治的 HIE 患儿 60 例,均给予亚低温治疗仪干预,随机分为观 察组与对照组各 30 例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取集束化护理,对比干预效果。结果 观察组体格发育情 况、智力发育、运动发育情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理有效率 93.00%高于对照组 80.00%(P<0.05); 观察组并发症发生率 6.67%低于对照组 20.00%(P<0.05)。结论 亚低温治疗仪同集束化护理联合对 HIE 干预可 促进其生长发育,改善预后,价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of mild hypothermia therapy combined with cluster nursing intervention on prognosis and growth and development in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Method Sixty children with HIE admitted from September 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases each. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received cluster care, and the intervention effects were compared. Result The physical development, intellectual development, and motor development of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing effectiveness rate of 93.00% in the observation group was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67% lower than that in the control group (20.00%, P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of mild hypothermia therapy instrument and cluster nursing intervention can promote the growth and development of HIE, improve prognosis, and have high value.
