分析心理护理在电子胃镜（EG）检查中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究分析心理护理在电子胃镜（EG）检查中的应用效果。方法 选取 2022 年 2 月-2023 年 1 月期间于我院进行电子胃镜检查的 100 例患者为研究对象，通过电脑随机数字列表方法将其分为研究组与对照组， 各 50 例，以不同护理方式对其进行干预。最后比较护理效果。结果 研究组患者的护理满意率明显高于对照组， 研究组患者护理后的焦虑、抑郁心理状态评分以及血压水平明显低于对照组，所有数据均有明显差异（P＜0.05） 具有统计学意义。结论 常规护理基础上给予进行电子胃镜患者心理护理干预，能够有效提高护理满意率、缓解 心理压力以及控制血压水平，值得临床推广与研究。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of psychological nursing in electronic gastroscopy (EG) examination. Method 100 patients who underwent electronic gastroscopy examination in our hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group using a computer random number list method, with 50 patients in each group. Different nursing methods were used to intervene in them. Finally, compare the nursing effectiveness. Result The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group. The anxiety, depression psychological state scores, and blood pressure levels of the study group patients after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group, and all data showed significant differences (P<0.05) with statistical significance.
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention for patients with electronic gastroscope on the basis of routine nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction rate of nursing, relieve Psychological stress and control the level of blood pressure, which is worthy of clinical promotion and research.
