Analysis of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on pediatric allergicpurpura with abdominal pain
中医护理干预对小儿过敏性紫癜伴腹痛的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨对小儿过敏性紫癜伴腹痛患儿实施中医护理的作用。方法 选择 2022 年 2 月到 2023 年 2 月我院收治的过敏性紫癜伴腹痛患儿 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常 规护理）与实验组（n=45 例，实施中医护理）。对比两组紫癜消退时间、腹痛频率、腹痛缓解时间以及生活质 量。结果 实验组紫癜消退时间、腹痛频率、腹痛缓解时间低于对照组，数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同 时实验组生活质量各项评分高于对照组，数据对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对过敏性紫癜伴腹痛患儿实 施中医护理，能够促进患儿腹痛缓解，提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on children with allergic purpura accompanied by abdominal pain. Method 90 children with allergic purpura accompanied by abdominal pain admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, receiving routine care) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, receiving traditional Chinese medicine care) according to the random number table method. Compare the regression time, frequency of abdominal pain, relief time of abdominal pain, and quality of life between the two groups of purpura. Result The regression time, frequency of abdominal pain, and relief time of purpura in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the data comparison showed statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing for children with allergic purpura accompanied by abdominal pain can promote the relief of abdominal pain and improve their quality of life.
