摘要
目的 探讨预见性护理在急性心梗护理中的效果。方法 62 例急性心梗患者取自 2021 年 3 月-2022
年 3 月期间，按照护理方法的不同分为参考组、实验组，其中前者行常规组，后者行预见性护理，每组 31 例。
比较两组护理效果。结果 负面情绪比较，实验组护理后低（P＜0.05）。实验组疾病认知评分高（P＜0.05）。实
验组并发症发生率低（P＜0.05）。结论 预见性护理应用在急性心梗护理中效果令人满意，可消除其负面情绪，
对患者疾病认知予以提升。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effectiveness of predictive care in the care of acute myocardial infarction.
Method 62 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected from March 2021 to March 2022 and divided into a
reference group and an experimental group according to different nursing methods. The former received routine care,
while the latter received predictive care, with 31 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two
groups. Results The negative emotions in the experimental group were lower after nursing (P<0.05). The experimental
group had a high disease cognition score (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was low
(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the care of acute myocardial infarction has a satisfactory
effect, which can eliminate negative emotions and improve patients' understanding of the disease. Therefore.
