Clinical value of nursing - patient communication skills training in improving the quality of dermatology nursing
护患沟通技巧训练在提高皮肤科护理质量中的临床价值

摘要

目的 讨论对皮肤科患者护理期间加强护患沟通技巧训练对护理质量的影响。方法 采集 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月为本次研究时间，我院 100 例皮肤科患者为研究期间采集病例，因护理方式不同将患者分组，常 规护理者纳入参照组（共 50 例）、重点关注护患沟通者纳入研究组（共 50 例），总结组间护理疗效。结果 护 理质量评分各项分值研究组均高，参照组显低（P<0.05）；护理后患者 SAS 评分、SAS 评分研究组数据均低， 参照组高（P<0.05），组间数据护理前体现出无意义（P＞0.05）；患者总满意率，研究组明显高，参照组较低（P<0.05）； 两组显优数据体现在研究组。结论 皮肤科采用护患沟通技巧训练可较大程度提升临床护理质量，明显改善患者 焦虑等负性情绪，确保治疗期间患者的积极配合，护理效果获得患者满意，临床应用价值较高，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of strengthening nurse-patient communication skills training on nursing quality of dermatological patients during nursing.
Methods A total of 100 cases of dermatology patients in our hospital were collected during the study period from January 2022 to January 2023. Due to different nursing methods, patients were grouped into the reference group (a total of 50 cases), and those who focused on nurse-patient communication were included in the study group (a total of 50 cases), so as to summarize the effect of intergroup nursing.
Results Nursing quality scores were higher in the study group, but lower in the control group (P<0.05）. After nursing, the SAS score and SAS score of the patients were lower in the study group, but higher in the reference group (P<0.05), and the data between groups showed no significance in the prenursing data (P>0.05). The total satisfaction rate of patients was significantly higher in the study group, but lower in the reference group (P<0.05). Two sets of outstanding data are reflected in the research group.
Conclusion   The application of nursing and patient communication skills training in dermatology can greatly improve the quality of clinical nursing, significantly improve patients' anxiety and other negative emotions, ensure the active cooperation of patients during treatment, nursing effect obtained patients' satisfaction, high clinical application value, recommended to promote.
