Application of Intensive Pain Nursing in Postoperative Care of Clinical Lung Cancer Surgery Patients
强化疼痛护理在临床肺癌手术患者术后护理中的应用

摘要

目的 分析强化疼痛护理在临床肺癌手术患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法 选取我院于 2022.04-2023.04 月收治的 78 例肺癌手术患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（39 例，采用常 规护理）与观察组（39 例，采用强化疼痛护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者采取有效护理措 施后均取得一定效果，但观察组采用强化疼痛护理后，其术后不同时间点疼痛程度、心理状态评分、术后并发症 发生率均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肺癌手术患者术后护理中采用强化疼痛护理， 可有效缓解其术后疼痛，改善其心理状态，降低并发症风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of intensified pain nursing in postoperative care of clinical lung cancer patients undergoing surgery. Method 78 lung cancer surgical patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (39 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (39 cases, receiving intensive pain care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking effective nursing measures, but the observation group received enhanced pain care, and their postoperative pain levels, psychological state scores, and incidence of postoperative complications at different time points were better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Strengthening pain care in postoperative care for lung cancer patients can effectively alleviate their postoperative pain, improve their psychological state, and reduce the risk of complications.
