摘要

目的 分析全程优质护理服务在肺癌手术护理当中的效果。方法 56 例肺癌患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，上述患者均采取手术治疗，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，每组 28 例。其中参考组行常 规护理，实验组行全程优质护理，以负面情绪评分、生活质量及护理满意度评价两组护理效果。结果 负面情绪 比较，护理前差异小（P＞0.05）。护理后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。生活质量比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。护 理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 全程优质护理服务在肺癌手术护理当中能够起到不错的护理效果， 可对患者的负面情绪予以消除，促进其生活质量改善，有助于提高患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing services throughout the process in lung cancer surgical care. Method 56 lung cancer patients were selected from February 2021 to February 2022, all of whom underwent surgical treatment. They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 28 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received high-quality care throughout the entire process. The nursing effects of the two groups were evaluated based on negative emotion scores, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction. Result There was a small difference in negative emotions before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the experimental group showed a significant decrease (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the quality of life was significantly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality nursing services throughout the process can achieve good nursing outcomes in lung cancer surgical care, eliminate negative emotions in patients, promote improvement in their quality of life, and help improve patient satisfaction.
