摘要
癌症患者在近年来，患病率逐渐呈现上升趋势。临床中目前医学重要研究的主要方面以提高患者生
活质量为主。安宁疗护主要体现于综合干预，包括患者的心理、生理、社会等层面，发挥积极作用，尤其在患者
心理治疗中，应用效果显著，不仅可稳定患者的情绪，还可缓解其临床症状，对提高患者的生活质量具有积极意
义，促使患者尽快回归到社会中[1]。对此，本文将对安宁疗护的特点，以及最新的研究进展，特别是认知行为疗
法在癌症患者安宁疗护中的现状进行综述分析，同时为后续临床应用以及完善提供有利依据。

Abstract
In recent years, the incidence of cancer patients has gradually shown an upward trend. The main aspect
of current medical research in clinical practice is to improve the quality of life of patients. Tranquil care is mainly
reflected in comprehensive interventions, including the psychological, physiological, and social aspects of patients,
playing a positive role, especially in patient psychotherapy. The application effect is significant, not only stabilizing
patients' emotions, but also alleviating their clinical symptoms, which has a positive significance in improving patients'
quality of life and promoting patients to return to society as soon as possible. This article will review and analyze the
characteristics of palliative care, as well as the latest research progress, especially the current status of cognitive
behavioral therapy in palliative care for cancer patients. It will also provide a favorable basis for future clinical
application and improvement.
