The value of biochemical testing diagnosis in liver cirrhosis diseases
生化检验诊断在肝硬化疾病中的价值

摘要

目的 分析在肝硬化疾病中生化检验诊断的具体价值。 方法 采用 2022 年 2 月 2023 年 2 月到我院 诊疗的 175 例肝硬化患者列为观察组，并采用同期在我院进行检查的 176 例健康人员列为对照组，均采取生化分 析仪进行生化检验检查，对两组患者最终生化检验结果相关指标数据进行比较，包含 ALB、TP、DBIL、ALP、 AST 水平等进行结果比较。 结果 观察组患者在生化检验结果中与对照组患者有明显差异，其中 A/G 白球比、 TP 总蛋白、ALB 血清白蛋白、CHE 血清胆碱酯酶指标观察组明显低于对照组，其余指标均高于对照组，差异均 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肝硬化疾病中应用生化检验诊断效果较佳，能够通过生活指标水平变化明确 区分健康人员和肝硬化疾病患者，能够直观地观察到患者病情变化，为后续的治疗提供理论依据，具有极高的临 床应用价值。

Abstract

objective To analyze the specific value of biochemical testing in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Method 175 patients with liver cirrhosis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were included in the observation group, and 176 healthy individuals who underwent examinations in our hospital during the same period were included in the control group. Biochemical tests were conducted using a biochemical analyzer. The final biochemical test results of the two groups of patients were compared, including the levels of ALB, TP, DBIL, ALP, AST, etc. The results showed significant differences in biochemical test results between the observation group and the control group. Among them, the A/G white cell ratio, TP total protein, ALB serum albumin, and CHE serum cholinesterase indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the other indicators were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis is more effective. It can clearly distinguish between healthy individuals and liver cirrhosis patients through changes in living standards, and can intuitively observe changes in the patient's condition, providing a theoretical basis for subsequent treatment, with high clinical application value.
