Effect of personalized nursing in perioperative period of stent thrombectomy in acute ischemic stroke patients
个性化护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者支架取栓术围手术期的作用

摘要

目的 分析个性化护理在急性缺血性脑卒中患者支架取栓术围手术期的作用。方法 选择我院于 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 3 月，行支架取栓术的 40 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者，设置为观察组实施个性化护理干预，再将 2020 年 1 月至 2021 年 12 月行支架取栓术的 40 例急性缺血性脑卒中患者，设置为对照组采用常规方法护理。结 果 观察组血管复通率明显高于对照组，观察组血管开通时间、并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对急性缺血性脑卒中患者实施支架取栓术时，个性化护理干预可明显缩短血管开通时间， 不仅能够提高血管复通率，还能减少并发症发生，有较高应用价值。

Abstract

objective To analyze the effect of personalized nursing in the perioperative period of stent thrombectomy in patients with acute ischemic stroke.
Methods 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received stent thrombectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group for personalized nursing intervention, and 40 patients with acute ischemic stroke who received stent thrombectomy from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the control group for routine nursing.
Results The vascular revascularization rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the vascular opening time and complication rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   When stent thrombectomy is performed in patients with acute ischemic stroke, personalized nursing intervention can significantly shorten the vascular opening time, not only improve the rate of vascular revascularization, but also reduce the occurrence of complications, which has high application value.
