Exploring the Effect of Specialized Nursing Intervention in Venous Therapy on Preventing Complications ofPeripheral Venous Catheter Placement (PICC)
探讨静脉治疗专科护理干预防范经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)并发症的效果

摘要

目的 观察在对外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）患者护理过程中将静脉治疗专科护理干预进行 运用对于降低并发症的作用。方法 按照对比护理探究的形式开展研究，选入 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 1 月本科室 进行外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）患者 74 例为对象，随机数表均分对照组（37 例，开展常规护理）和观 察组（37 例，进行静脉治疗专科护理干预）。分析护理效果。结果 统计患者在治疗期间并发症发生率，观察组 低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组治疗依从性，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比患者在治疗期间生活质量，观察 组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管患者护理时将静脉治疗专科护理干预进行运用， 可以降低患者在治疗期间并发症发生率，提升患者治疗依从性性，并增加患者在治疗期间生活质量。

Abstract

objective To observe the effect of specialized nursing interventions in venous therapy on reducing complications in the nursing process of patients with peripherally inserted central venous catheters (PICC). Method A study was conducted in the form of comparative nursing exploration. 74 patients who underwent peripheral venous catheterization (PICC) in our hospital from March 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (37 cases, receiving routine nursing care) and an observation group (37 cases, receiving specialized nursing intervention for venous therapy). Analyze the effectiveness of care.
Results The incidence of complications during the treatment period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P<0.05. Comparing the treatment compliance of the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the quality of life of patients during treatment, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of specialized nursing interventions for venous therapy in the care of patients with central venous catheters inserted through peripheral veins can reduce the incidence of complications during treatment, improve treatment compliance, and increase the quality of life of patients during treatment.
