Analysis of clinical nursing methods of Dry eye syndrome with excessive evaporation caused by Meibomian glanddysfunction
睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼症的临床护理方法分析

摘要

目的 回顾分析院内睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼症中实施综合护理的作用。方法 纳入时间为 2022 年 1 月到 2022 年 12 月，将该时间段院内睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼症患者 71 例进行研究讨论，通 过随机分配法安排为对照组（37 例实施常规护理）、观察组（34 例实施综合护理），分析护理效果。结果 观察 组主观症状与角膜荧光素染色评分、泪膜破裂时间、泪液浸润长度、生活质量评分、满意度等数据信息比对照组 更具优势（P<0.05）。结论 于睑板腺功能障碍致蒸发过强型干眼症患者中开展综合护理工作可改善临床症状， 延长泪膜破裂时间，增加泪液浸润长度，提高患者生活质量与满意度。

Abstract

objective To review and analyze the role of comprehensive nursing in Dry eye syndrome caused by Meibomian gland dysfunction.
Methods From January 2022 to December 2022, 71 patients with evaporative Dry eye syndrome caused by Meibomian gland gland dysfunction in the hospital during this period were studied and discussed. They were randomly assigned into the control group (37 cases were given routine care) and the observation group (34 cases were given comprehensive care), and the nursing effect was analyzed. Result The observation group had more advantages in subjective symptoms, corneal fluorescence staining score, tear film rupture time, tear infiltration length, quality of life score, satisfaction, and other data information compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Comprehensive nursing in patients with evaporative Dry eye syndrome caused by Meibomian gland dysfunction can improve the clinical symptoms, prolong the tear film rupture time, increase the length of tear infiltration, and improve the quality of life and satisfaction of patients.
