The influence of systematic nursing on the psychological status of patients with nephrotic syndrome
系统化护理对肾病综合征患者心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 分析系统化护理对肾病综合征患者心理状态的影响。方法 选取我院于 2022.05-2023.05 月收 治的 76 例肾病综合征患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（38 例，采用常规护理）与观察组 （38 例，采用系统化护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者采取有效护理措施后均取得一定效果， 但观察组采用系统化护理后，其心理状态评分、健康知识掌握情况、依从性评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均 优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在肾病综合征患者护理中采用系统化护理，可有效改善其 心理状态，促进其健康知识掌握度，提升其依从性，从而提升其生活质量，提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of systematic nursing on the psychological status of patients with nephrotic syndrome. Method 76 patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (38 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (38 cases, receiving systematic care) using a random number table method. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after taking effective nursing measures, but the observation group received systematic nursing, and their psychological state score, health knowledge mastery, compliance score, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adopting systematic nursing care in the care of patients with nephrotic syndrome can effectively improve their psychological state, promote their mastery of health knowledge, enhance their compliance, and thus improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
