一站式护理模式在首次无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用

摘要

目的 分析探究一站式护理模式在首次无痛胃镜检查患者中的应用。方法 选择我院 2021 年 3 月-2023 年 4 月进行无痛胃镜检查的患者 96 例，按照其就诊时间的前后顺序分为对照组和观察组各 48 例，对照组采用常 规护理，观察组采用一站式护理，对比两组患者遵医行为和不良反应的发生情况。结果 观察组的患者在遵医行 为明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P﹤0.05，而在两组患者的疼痛评分对比上，观察组也优于对照组，差 异同样有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 一站式护理模式可提高患者的护理依存，便于开展胃镜检查的同时降低患 者的不良反应，医学意义明显，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze and explore the application of one-stop nursing mode in patients undergoing painless gastroscopy for the first time. Method 96 patients who underwent painless gastroscopy examination in our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected. They were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 patients in each group according to the order of their visit time. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received one-stop care. The compliance behavior and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The patients in the observation group showed significantly better compliance behavior than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). In terms of pain scores between the two groups of patients, the observation group was also better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The one-stop nursing model can improve patients' nursing dependence, facilitate gastroscopy examination, and reduce adverse reactions. It has significant medical significance and is worth applying.
