全程追踪整体护理对肺癌免疫治疗患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 研究全程追踪整体护理对肺癌免疫治疗患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月期间于我院进行肺癌免疫治疗的 80 例患者为研究对象，通过电脑随机数字列表方法将其分为实 验组与普通组，每组各 40 例。最后比较两组护理效果。结果 经比较，实验组患者的心理弹性评分与生活质量评 分均明显高于普通组，且实验组患者的并发症发生率明显低于普通组，所有数据均有明显差异（P＜0.05）有统 计学意义。结论 给予肺癌免疫患者全程追踪整体护理，能有效提高患者的心理弹性与生活质量，显著降低并发 症的发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of whole process tracking holistic nursing on Psychological resilience and quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing immunotherapy. Method 80 patients who underwent lung cancer immunotherapy in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group using a computer random number list method, with 40 patients in each group. Finally, compare the nursing outcomes between the two groups.
Results After comparison, the scores of Psychological resilience and quality of life of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the ordinary group, and the incidence of complications of the patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the ordinary group. All the data had significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The whole process follow-up holistic nursing care for lung cancer immune patients can effectively improve the patients' Psychological resilience and quality of life, significantly reduce the incidence of complications, and is worth promoting.
