Effect of evidence-based nursing on compliance of hemodialysis patients with diabetes
循证护理对糖尿病血液透析患者依从性的影响

摘要

目的 分析循证护理对糖尿病血液透析患者依从性的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选取我院 2021 年 7 月-2022 年 7 月这 1 年内收治的 80 例糖尿病血液透析患者作为研究对象，按照随机抽取分组方式将其平均分为 对照组和观察组各 40 例，其中对照组采取常规性护理，而观察组在对照组的护理基础上采取循证护理方法。对 比两组在完成不同护理后的效果进行收集和总结。结果 两组患者在经过常规护理和循证护理之后均取得一定效 果，但通过观察患者在接受护理后的依从性、对护理的满意度以及患者的住院时间来看，观察组的依从性和满意 度均明显高于对照组，观察组的住院时间明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 循证护理对糖 尿病血液透析患者依从性的应用中，可有效提高患者的治疗效果，减少患者的住院时间，提高患者的依从性以及 提高患者的满意度，有较高的应用价值，值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of evidence-based nursing on the compliance of diabetic hemodialysis patients.
Methods A total of 80 diabetic hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as research objects, and they were evenly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to random selection. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received evidence-based nursing based on the nursing of the control group.
Results Both groups achieved certain results after routine nursing and evidence-based nursing. However, by observing patients' compliance after receiving nursing care, satisfaction with nursing care and length of hospital stay, the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the application of evidence-based nursing to the compliance of diabetic hemodialysis patients, it can effectively improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce the length of hospital stay of patients, improve the compliance of patients and improve the satisfaction of patients, which has high application value and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
