The impact of continuous care on compliance behavior and psychological status of patients with abnormal tumormarkers in physical examination centers
延续性护理对体检中心肿瘤标志物异常者遵医行为及心理状态的影响

摘要

目的 探究延续性护理对体检中心肿瘤标志物异常者心理素质、遵医行为的护理效果。方法 选取我院 2022 年 4 月-2023 年 4 月收治的 60 例体检中心肿瘤标志物异常者作为研究对象，随机数字表法分观察组（30 例，延续性护理） 与对照组（30 例，常规护理），比较 2 组心理素质、遵医行为。结果 护理前，2 组焦虑、抑郁评分比对，无差异（P＞ 0.05）；护理后，观察组均低于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组遵医行为依从率高于对照组，差异显著（P＜0.05）。 结论 对体检中心肿瘤标志物异常者实行延续性护理，能有效调节其心理素质，提升遵医行为依从率，可应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the nursing effect of continuous care on the psychological quality and compliance behavior of patients with abnormal tumor markers in physical examination centers. Method Sixty patients with abnormal tumor markers in the physical examination center admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases, continuous care) and a control group (30 cases, routine care) using a number table method. The psychological quality and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared. Result Before nursing, there was no difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups (P>0.05); After nursing, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The compliance rate of compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous care for patients with abnormal tumor markers in the physical examination center can effectively regulate their psychological quality and improve their compliance rate with medical treatment, which can be applied.
