摘要
目的 分析探究优质手术室护理配合在腹部外伤大出血抢救患者中的应用效果。方法 选择我院于
2021 年 3 月-2023 年 4 月收治的腹部外伤大出血患者 46 例，按照治疗的时间顺序分为对照组和观察组各 23 例，
对照组行常规护理配合，观察组行优质手术室护理配合，对比两组患者体温恢复时间、苏醒时间、出现散性血管
内凝血功能障碍（DIC）概率和死亡率。结果 观察组在体温恢复时间和苏醒时间以及 DIC 发生率和死亡率上均
优于对照组，差异对比均有统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 优质手术室护理配合可加快患者体温恢复和苏醒，提高
抢救质量，降低 DIC 率和死亡率，积极意义明显。

Abstract
Objective To analyze and explore the application effect of high-quality operating room nursing
cooperation in rescuing patients with abdominal trauma and massive bleeding. Method 46 patients with abdominal
trauma and massive bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a
control group and an observation group, with 23 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing
cooperation, while the observation group received high-quality operating room nursing cooperation. The recovery time of
body temperature, recovery time, probability of developing disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), and mortality
rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The observation group was superior to the control group in
terms of body temperature recovery time, recovery time, DIC incidence and mortality rate, with statistical significance
(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality operating room nursing cooperation can accelerate the recovery and recovery of
patients' body temperature, improve the quality of rescue, and reduce the DIC rate and mortality rate, with significant
positive significance.
