摘要
目的 人文关怀应用在糖尿病肾病血液净化护理中，分析该方法的效果。方法 2022 年 1 月-2023 年
1 月期间抽取 48 例糖尿病肾病血液净化患者通过随机数字表法分成护理乙组及护理甲组，其中护理乙组采取常
规护理，护理甲组采取人文关怀，每组各 24 例。比较两组护理效果。结果 生活质量中，护理甲组高（P＜0.05）。
不良反应发生率中，护理甲组低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度中，护理甲组高（P＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀在糖尿病
肾病血液净化患者护理中效果显著，可促进患者生活质量改善，减少不良反应产生，提高其满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care in blood purification nursing of diabetes
nephropathy. Methods From January 2022 to January 2023, 48 patients with diabetes nephropathy undergoing blood
purification were randomly divided into nursing group B and nursing group A, of which nursing group B adopted routine
nursing and nursing group A adopted humanistic care, with 24 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects
between the two groups. Result In terms of quality of life, the nursing group A had a higher level (P<0.05). The
incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the nursing group A (P<0.05). In terms of nursing satisfaction, nursing group
A had a higher level (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of humanistic care in the nursing of blood purification patients with
diabetes nephropathy is significant, which can improve the quality of life of patients, reduce adverse reactions and
improve their satisfaction.
