摘要
目的 分析在门诊护理质量管理工作中采用护理质量评价体系的临床效果。方法 选取我院于
2022.01-2022.06 月还未采用护理质量评价体系的 60 例门诊患者作为研究对象,并设立为对照组;另选取我院于
2022.07-2022.12 月已采用护理质量评价体系的 60 例门诊患者作为研究对象,并设立为观察组。对两组的护理质
量管理效果进行分析。结果 在门诊护理质量管理工作中采用护理质量评价体系后,观察组护理质量、护理满意
度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊护理质量管理工作中采用护理质量评价体系,
可有效提升门诊护理质量,从而提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of using a nursing quality evaluation system in
outpatient nursing quality management. Method Sixty outpatient patients who had not yet adopted a nursing quality
evaluation system in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and a control
group was established; We also selected 60 outpatient patients who had already adopted a nursing quality evaluation
system in our hospital from July 2022 to December 2022 as the research subjects and established them as the observation
group. Analyze the effectiveness of nursing quality management in both groups. Result After adopting the nursing
quality evaluation system in outpatient nursing quality management, the observation group showed better nursing quality
and satisfaction than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Adopting a nursing quality
evaluation system in the management of outpatient nursing quality can effectively improve the quality of outpatient
nursing and thus improve nursing satisfaction.
