消化内科护理教学中采用临床路径教学的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在消化内科护理教学中开展临床路径教学的临床应用效果。方法 现将 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月期间我院消化内科接收的 30 名低年资护士以随机数字表法分成实验组 15 名和参比组 15 名，参比组护士 开展常规护理带教管理，实验组护士则开展临床路径教学管理模式，详细对比两组不同带教管理模式最终取得 的临床效果。结果 管理后两组各项指标结果经过对比显示，实验组临床护理带教管理质量以及护士培训过程中 的学习积极性评分均高于参比组，护士的理论知识以及实践操作能力考核结果均高于参比组，护理综合能力考 核评分以及对此次带教满意度评分均高于参比组，两组数据结果对比存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在消化 内科护理带教管理中开展临床路径教学管理模式，对于提升临床带教管理质量、增强护士的学习积极性以及提 高护士的护理工作综合能力发挥着重要性作用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of clinical pathway teaching in gastroenterology nursing teaching.
Methods will now during January 2021 to January 2023 during our digestive medicine receive 30 low seniority nurses with random number table method into experimental group 15 and 15, reference group nurses in routine nursing teaching management, experimental group nurses in clinical path teaching management mode, detailed contrast two groups of different teaching management mode eventually achieved clinical effect.
Results after the management of the two groups, clinical nursing teaching management quality and nurse training learning enthusiasm scores are higher than the reference group, the theoretical knowledge and practical ability assessment results are higher than the reference group, nursing comprehensive ability assessment score and the teaching satisfaction score are higher than the reference group, the two groups of data results have statistical significance (P <0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical pathway teaching management mode in the nursing teaching management of gastroenterology plays an important role in improving the quality of clinical teaching management, enhancing the learning enthusiasm of nurses and improving the comprehensive ability of nursing work.
