Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Combined with Family Participatory Nursing in PerioperativeManagement of Congenital Rectoanal Malformation
加速康复外科联合家庭参与式护理在先天性直肠肛门畸形围术期管理中的应用

摘要

目的 针对加速康复外科联合家庭参与式护理在先天性直肠肛门畸形围术期管理中的应用价值展开 分析。方法 选取 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间在我院接受先天性直肠肛门畸形手术治疗的 76 例患儿作为研究 对象，电脑随机分为对照组和研究组，各 38 例，两组患儿均接受加速康复外科护理，研究组在此基础上增加联 合家庭参与式护理，采用视觉模拟量表（VAS）比较两组患儿术后疼痛情况，收集两组患儿手术期间并发症发生 情况，并进行对比分析，采用本次研究特制的满意度调查问卷比较两组患儿家属护理满意度。结果 研究组患儿 术后 6h、术后 12h、术后 24h、术后 48h 的 VAS 评分均比对照组更低（P＜0.05）；研究组切口感染、肛周狭窄、 低体温、皮肤糜烂、直肠脱垂、腹腔感染发生率均比对照组更低（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿家属在护患沟通、专 科护理、基础护理、尊重与支持方面的满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在先天性直肠肛门畸形围术期管理 中应用加速康复外科联合家庭参与式护理模式，有助于缓解患儿术后疼痛感，降低并发症发生风险，提升护理满 意度，具有良好的临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family participatory nursing in perioperative management of congenital rectal and anal malformations. Method A total of 76 children who underwent surgery for congenital rectal and anal malformations in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 38 patients in each group. Both groups received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care, and the study group added joint family participatory care on this basis. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare the postoperative pain status of the two groups of children, Collect and compare the incidence of complications during surgery between two groups of pediatric patients, and use a specially designed satisfaction survey questionnaire for this study to compare the nursing satisfaction of the families of the two groups of pediatric patients. Result The VAS scores of the study group at 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours after surgery were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of incision infection, perianal stenosis, hypothermia, skin erosion, rectal prolapse, and abdominal infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction of the family members of the study group with nursing patient communication, specialized nursing, basic nursing, respect and support was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with family participation nursing mode in the perioperative management of congenital rectal and anal malformations can help alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the risk of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction. It has good clinical application value and is worth promoting.
