Effect and influence of emergency emergency nursing intervention on patients with acute myocardial infarction
急诊急救护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果以及影响

摘要

目的 探析急诊急救护理干预对急性心肌梗死患者抢救效果以及影响。方法 选取 2020 年 7 月-2021 年 7 月我院急救的 42 例急性心肌梗死患者作为对照组，选取 2021 年 8 月-2022 年 8 月我院急救的 42 例急性心肌 梗死患者作为实验组，回顾性分析两组患者病历资料。对照组应用常规护理流程，实验组实施优质急诊急救护理， 干预后对比两组时间指标、临床指标、并发症发生率。结果 实验组出诊反应时间、急救时间、住院时间短于对 照组，HR、SBP、DBP 水平及并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 优质急救护理能 够最大限度维持患者的生命指征，并为他们争取更多的治疗时间，提高抢救成功率，促进病情康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect and influence of emergency emergency nursing intervention on the rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
Methods 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received emergency treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the control group, and 42 patients with acute myocardial infarction who received emergency treatment in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the experimental group. The medical records of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. The control group applied routine nursing process, and the experimental group implemented high-quality emergency care. After intervention, the time index, clinical index and complication rate of the two groups were compared.
Results The response time, first aid time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the levels of HR, SBP, DBP and the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High-quality emergency nursing can maintain the life indication of patients to the maximum extent, buy more treatment time for them, improve the success rate of rescue and promote the recovery of patients.
