Evaluation of the impact of stage nursing adaptation model on the quality of recovery and nursing adverse eventsin patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia surgery
阶段-护理相宜模式对腹腔镜全麻手术患者苏醒期质量及护理不良事件的影响评价

摘要

目的 观察和分析阶段-相宜模式对腹腔镜全麻手术患者苏醒期质量和护理不良事件的医学影像。方 法 选择 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 10 月 1 年半内在我院实施腹腔镜手术全麻患者 86 例，按入院时间分对照组（43 例， 开展常规医学护理）和观察组（43 例，阶段-相宜模式），比对患者的躁动情况和护理不良事件的发生率。结果 观 察组在全麻苏醒期躁动情况相对对照组轻，不良情况的发生率同时也低于对照组，差数据对比均有对比意义，P 均＜0.05。结论 实施阶段相宜模式，可有效缓解术后患者的躁动，明显提高麻醉苏醒质量，对降低护理不良事 件的发生率有明显的积极作用，医学护理价值很高。

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the medical imaging effects of the stage appropriate mode on the quality of recovery and nursing adverse events in patients undergoing laparoscopic general anesthesia surgery. Method 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected. They were divided into a control group (43 cases, receiving routine medical care) and an observation group (43 cases, in a stage appropriate mode) based on their admission time, and their restlessness and incidence of nursing adverse events were compared. Result The restlessness in the observation group during the general anesthesia recovery period was relatively mild compared to the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was also lower than the control group. The difference in data comparison was significant, with P<0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of a phased appropriate model can effectively alleviate postoperative restlessness in patients, significantly improve the quality of anesthesia recovery, and have a significant positive effect on reducing the incidence of nursing adverse events. Medical nursing has high value.
