关于呼吸消化科实施优质护理服务的体会

摘要

目的 针对呼吸消化科实施优质护理服务的价值展开分析，为临床呼吸消化科护理工作开展提供参 考。方法 选取 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间我院呼吸消化科收治的 186 例患者作为研究对象，根据开展优质护 理时间前后分为对照组（2021.1-2021.6）和研究组（2021.6-2022.1），各 93 例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组给 予优质护理，比较两组患者护理质量评分、护理后心理状态及护理满意度。结果 研究组基础护理、专科护理、 护理规范、护患关系评分均高于对照组，焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分均低于对照组，护 理满意度优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在呼吸消化科实施优质护理服务有助于提升护理 质量，稳定患者情绪，增强患者治疗配合度，提升护理满意度，具有推广及应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the value of implementing high-quality nursing services in the respiratory and digestive department, and provide reference for the clinical nursing work in the respiratory and digestive department. Method 186 patients admitted to the Respiratory and Digestive Department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (2021.1-2021.6) and a study group (2021.6-2022.1) based on the duration of high-quality care. Each group had 93 patients. The control group received routine care, while the study group received high-quality care. The nursing quality scores, psychological state after care, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared. Result The scores of basic nursing, specialized nursing, nursing standards, and nurse patient relationship in the study group were higher than those in the control group, while the scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were lower than those in the control group. Nursing satisfaction was better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing services in the respiratory and digestive department helps to improve nursing quality, stabilize patient emotions, enhance patient treatment cooperation, and enhance nursing satisfaction, which has promotion and application value.
