The impact of operating room nursing management on the incidence of hospital infection in orthopedic surgerypatients
手术室护理管理对骨科手术患者医院感染发生率的影响

摘要

目的 分析手术室护理管理对骨科手术患者医院感染发生率的影响。方法 选取我院 2021 年 11 月～ 2022 年 12 月收治的 82 例骨科手术患者作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为观察组（41 例，手术室护理管理）与 对照组（41 例，常规护理管理），比较 2 组医院感染发生率、护理满意度。结果 护患沟通、病房环境管理、护理 技术、健康教育评分，观察组均较对照组高（P＜0.05）。呼吸道感染、泌尿系统感染、切口感染发生率，观察组 均较对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨科手术患者实行手术室护理管理，能有效降低医院感染发生率，提升护理满 意度，可推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of operating room nursing management on the incidence of hospital infection in orthopedic surgery patients. Method 82 orthopedic surgery patients admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into an observation group (41 cases, operating room nursing management) and a control group (41 cases, routine nursing management) using a number table method. The incidence of hospital infection and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result The scores of nurse patient communication, ward environmental management, nursing technology, and health education in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of respiratory tract infection, urinary system infection and incision infection in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing operating room nursing management for orthopedic surgery patients can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infections, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be promoted and applied.
