摘要
目的 分析综合性疼痛护理用于神经外科术后疼痛管理的价值。方法 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月本
院神经外科接诊手术病人 80 名，随机均分 2 组。试验组采取综合性护理护理，对照组行常规护理。结果 关于
VAS 和 sf-36 评分，干预结束时：试验组数据优于对照组（P＜0.05）。关于满意度：试验组数据 97.5%，和对照
组数据 82.5%相比更高（P＜0.05）。关于护理质量；试验组比对照组高（P＜0.05）。结论 神经外科术后疼痛管
理用综合性疼痛护理，效果显著。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive pain nursing for postoperative pain management in
neurosurgery. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to neurosurgery department of our hospital from January 2021 to
December 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group received comprehensive nursing and the
control group received routine nursing. Results VAS and sf-36 scores were higher in experimental group than in control
group at the end of intervention （P < 0.05）. About satisfaction: the experimental group data was 97.5%, higher than the
control group data 82.5% （P < 0.05）. About the quality of care; The test group was higher than the control group （P <
0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive pain nursing is effective in pain management after neurosurgery.
