Effect of nurse patient communication in nursing care of elderly patients with diabetes
护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中的作用效果

摘要

目的 分析护患沟通在老年糖尿病护理过程中的作用效果。方法 选取我院收治的 74 例老年糖尿病 患者作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（37 例，使用常规护理）和观察组（37 例，使用护患沟 通护理）。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果，但观察组在采用护患沟 通护理干预后，其血糖指标、治疗依从性、护理满意度均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在 老年糖尿病患者护理过程中，采用护患沟通护理能取得较佳的效果，可有效降低其血糖，提升其治疗依从性，从 而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of nurse patient communication in the nursing process of elderly diabetes patients.
Methods 74 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (37 cases, using conventional nursing) and the observation group (37 cases, using nurse patient communication nursing) according to the method of random number table. Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups. Result Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care, but the observation group showed better blood glucose indicators, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction than the control group after using nurse patient communication nursing intervention, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of elderly patients with diabetes, nurse patient communication nursing can achieve better results, effectively reduce their blood sugar, improve their treatment compliance, and improve nursing satisfaction.
