Observation on the Clinical Effect of High Quality Nursing on Emergency Patients with Severe Brain Injury
优质护理对急诊重度颅脑损伤患者护理的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 探究分析优质护理对急诊重度颅脑损伤患者护理效果的研究。方法 选择 2021 年 2 月-2023 年 2 月我院收治的重度颅脑损伤患者 46 例，按照入院先后时间顺序，将其分为对照组 23 例（采用常规护理）和观 察组 23 例（采用优质护理）；对比两组患者的并发症的发生概率和各项护理指标评分。结果 经过优质护理的观 察组在并发症的发生概率和日常护理、心理护理、突发情况护理等护理各项指标上，结果均比对照组优，差异均 有统计学意义，P 均﹤0.05。结论 对重度颅脑损伤患者实施优质护理可减少并发症的发作概率，同时明显提高护 理质量，利于患者配合治疗，加快患者康复进程，值得医学推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the nursing effect of high-quality nursing on emergency severe head injury patients. Method 46 patients with severe head injury admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into a control group of 23 cases (using routine care) and an observation group of 23 cases (using high-quality care) according to the chronological order of admission; Compare the probability of complications and the scores of various nursing indicators between the two groups of patients. Result The observation group receiving high-quality care showed better results than the control group in terms of the probability of complications and various nursing indicators such as daily care, psychological care, and emergency care, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality care for patients with severe head injury can reduce the probability of complications and significantly improve the quality of care, which is beneficial for patients to cooperate with treatment and accelerate their recovery process. It is worthy of medical promotion.
