摘要

目的 分析电话回访在妇科出院患者健康教育中的应用及体会 。方法 分析 2022 年 6 月至 2022 年 8 月接受我院妇科诊疗服务的患者资料，筛选合格 126 例出院患者为对象进行研究，为随机均分的对照组 63 例患 者、实验组 63 例患者分别行常规出院指导、常规出院指导+电话回访，评价患者依从性评分、护理满意度明确两 组护理方案各自应用价值。结果 患者依从性评分、护理满意度相比，实验组各项指标水平与对照组相比均具有 明显优势，指标对比差异均具有统计学价值（P<0.05）。结论 电话回访是一种高效的院外护理手段，应用于妇科 出院患者中，可为其提供更详细且更具针对性的健康教育，强化患者认知，提升其依从性，并及时解决影响患者 身心健康的各种问题，其满意度更高，兼具社会效益与经济效益，应用推广价值理想。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application and experience of telephone return visit in the health education of discharged gynecological patients.
Methods The data of patients who received gynecological diagnosis and treatment services from our hospital from June 2022 to August 2022 were analyzed, and 126 qualified discharged patients were selected as the subjects for study. 63 patients in the control group and 63 patients in the experimental group were randomly divided into two groups, and they were given routine discharge guidance, routine discharge guidance+telephone return visit respectively, to evaluate the patient's compliance score and nursing satisfaction, and to clarify the respective application value of the two groups of nursing programs.
Results Compared with the control group, the level of each index in the experimental group had obvious advantages in terms of patient compliance score and nursing satisfaction, and the difference between the indexes was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Telephone return visit is an effective out-of-hospital nursing method, which can provide more detailed and targeted health education for patients discharged from gynecology department, strengthen patients' cognition, improve their compliance, and timely solve various problems affecting patients' physical and mental health, with higher satisfaction, social and economic benefits, and ideal application and promotion value.
