摘要
目的 研讨保留灌肠法治疗溃疡性结肠炎时增加舒适护理的效果。方法 取 2020 年 10 月-2022 年 10
月我院溃疡性结肠炎患者 80 例，随机分成：对照组、观察组（各 40 例）。均接受保留灌肠法治疗，对照组常规
护理，观察组舒适护理，比较两组的干预效果。结果 观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组；护理舒适度评分高于对
照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对溃疡性结肠炎患者，在保留灌肠法治疗的同时，再予以舒适护理，可提升治疗效果
与舒适感，对生活质量也有积极改善。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of increasing comfort nursing care in the treatment of ulcerative colitis
with retention enema. Methods From October 2020 to October 2022, 80 patients with ulcerative colitis in our hospital
were randomly divided into control group and observation group (40 cases each). All patients were treated with retention
enema, routine nursing in control group and comfort nursing in observation group. The intervention effect of the two
groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The
nursing comfort score was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with ulcerative colitis,
while retaining the enema method for treatment, providing comfortable care can improve the treatment effect and
comfort, and also positively improve the quality of life.
