Nursing care of patients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm complicated with lower extremity arterialthrombosis
腹主动脉瘤破裂患者合并下肢动脉血栓患者的护理

摘要

目的 探讨合并患有腹主动脉瘤破裂和下肢动脉血栓患者的最佳护理方式。方法 选取符合合并患有 腹主动脉瘤破裂和下肢动脉血栓诊断要求的 100 例患者，并将其分为人数均等的两组，将其命名为对照组（常规 护理）、研究组（综合护理），统计分析分别实施不同的护理方式的临床效果差异。结果 （1）在临床护理疗效 方面，研究组患者取得显效的占比更大，差异显著（p＜0.05）；（2）在心理状态以及血流动力学指标方面，在 护理前，两组患者各项指标不存在显著差异（p＞0.05），在实施不同的护理方式后，研究组患者各项指标改善 幅度更大，差异显著（p＜0.05）。结论 在合并患有腹主动脉瘤破裂和下肢动脉血栓的患者的治疗过程中，实施 综合护理可以取得更加显著的临床治疗效果，患者的各项临床指标均得到有效改善，可以推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the best care method for patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture and lower limb arterial thrombosis.
Methods Selected 100 patients who met the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture and lower limb artery thrombosis, divided them into two groups with equal numbers, named them as control group (routine care) and research group (comprehensive care), and analyzed the clinical effects of different nursing methods.
Results (1) in terms of clinical nursing efficacy, the study group achieved significant effects (p<0.05); (2) in terms of psychological status and hemodynamic indicators, the two groups (p>0.05), and the improvement in the study group was greater (p<0.05).
Conclusion   In the treatment process of patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture and lower extremity arterial thrombosis, the implementation of comprehensive nursing can achieve more significant clinical treatment effect, and the clinical indicators of patients can be effectively improved, which can be promoted and applied.
