摘要
目的 饮食护理对消化内科患者临床护理的效果。方法 在 2021.1-2021.12期间选择（98）例因消
化性溃疡就诊于我科室病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受对症治疗与护理，按照护理方案将病人归纳为 2
个小组，每组（49）例病人。按照护理方案将 2组分别命名为常规组与研究组。常规组所采用的护理方案为常规
护理，研究组则采用饮食护理。总结与探究 2 种护理方案实施效果。结果 （1）常规组护理满意评分结果与研究
组相比较低，经对照差异明显，（P<0.05）。（2）常规组护理依从性评分结果与研究组相比较低，经对照差异
明显，（P<0.05）。结论 饮食护理在消化性溃疡病人护理中所起到的作用优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dietary nursing on clinical nursing of patients in the department
of digestive medicine. Methods: During the period from January 2021 to December 2022, 98 patients with peptic ulcer
were selected for investigation in our department. All patients participating in this investigation received symptomatic
treatment and nursing. According to the nursing plan, the patients were divided into two groups, with 49 patients in each
group. According to the nursing plan, the two groups were named as the conventional group and the research group. The
nursing plan used in the conventional group was routine nursing, while the study group used dietary nursing. Summarize
and explore the implementation effects of two nursing plans. Results: (1) The nursing satisfaction score in the
conventional group was lower than that in the study group, with significant differences compared to the control group
(P<0.05). (2) The score of nursing compliance in the conventional group was lower than that in the study group, with
significant differences compared to the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion : Dietary nursing plays an excellent role in the
nursing of patients with peptic ulcer, and this program is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
