中药溻渍护理技术在人流术后应用的效果分析

摘要

目的 对于人流术后患者应用中药溻渍护理技术的效果进行深入分析。方法 本方案设置对照组及实 验组进行护理效果对比分析，统一从 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 3 月我院收治的人流术患者中抽取 52 例进行研究， 对照组患者在术后接受常规妇科护理，实验组在对照组基础上接受中药溻渍护理技术，对比两组患者术后 24 h 采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评估疼痛程度、并发症出现概率及护理满意度。结果 接受专业护理技术干预后， 实验组患者术后 24 h 疼痛程度轻于对照组（P<0.05）、并发症出现概率明显低于对照组患者，且护理满意度较高， 高于对照组患者（P<0.05）。结论 中药溻渍护理技术能够有效缓解术后疼痛、降低患者术后出现并发症的概率， 提高患者满意度。

Abstract

Objective To conduct an in-depth analysis of the effect of applying traditional Chinese medicine stain nursing technology to patients after artificial abortion.
Methods In this scheme, a control group and an experimental group were set up to perform a comparative analysis of the nursing effect. A total of 52 patients with abortion admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected for study. The control group received routine gynecological care after surgery, while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) stain nursing technology on the basis of the control group. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess the pain level 24 hours after surgery in the two groups Probability of complications and nursing satisfaction.
Results After receiving professional nursing techniques, the degree of pain in the experimental group was lighter than that in the control group 24 hours after surgery (P<0.05), the probability of complications was significantly lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher, higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, reduce the probability of postoperative complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
