Application of psychological nursing in perioperative period of cerebral arteriovenous malformation embolization
心理护理在脑动静脉畸形栓塞术围手术期中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理在脑动静脉畸形栓塞术围手术期中的应用效果。方法 将我院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 50 例脑动静脉畸形栓塞术患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施常规护理联合心理护 理。比较两组护理前后焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分、满意度、依从性评分、并发症率。结果 实验组焦虑 SAS 评分和抑郁 SDS 评分低于对照组，满意度高于对照组，依从性评分短于对照组，并发症率低于对照组，P＜0.05。 结论 脑动静脉畸形栓塞术患者实施常规护理联合心理护理效果确切，可有效减轻患者不良情绪，减少并发症， 提高患者满意度和依从性。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in the perioperative period of cerebral arteriovenous malformation embolization.
Methods 50 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation underwent embolization from January 2021 to December 2022 in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with psychological nursing. SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression, satisfaction, compliance score and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.
Results The SAS score of anxiety and SDS score of depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the compliance score was shorter than that in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of routine nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation embolization is effective, which can effectively reduce the patients' bad mood, reduce complications, and improve the patients' satisfaction and compliance.
