摘要

目的 探究分析中医特色护理质量评价在护理管理中的应用。方法 将 2021 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月未 实施中医特色护理质量评价时间段作为对照期，将 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月实施中医特色护理质量评价时间段 作为研究期。对照期使用常规护理管理，研究期使用中医特色护理质量评价模式，干预后对比两组护理质量评分， 患者护理满意度。护理管理效果评分。结果 ①研究期护理人员的理论知识、护理操作、护理态度、护理记录评 分均高于对照期；②选取两个时期接受护理的患者各 120 例进行调查，研究期患者的护理满意度高于对照期；③ 研究期安全管理、病房管理、患者管理评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 将中医特色护理 质量评价应用于护理管理当中，能够提高护理质量，改善患者的护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application of nursing quality evaluation with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics in nursing management.

Conclusion   Applying TCM characteristic nursing quality evaluation to nursing management can improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
