Application of Nursing Intervention to Prevent Pulmonary Infection in Patients in Infectious Disease Wards
预防肺部感染护理干预在感染科病房患者中的应用

摘要

目的 研究预防肺部感染护理干预在感染科病房患者中的应用。方法 选择从 2021 年 6 月 1 日至 2022 年 6 月 1 日感染科住院患者 130 名作为研究对象，65 人作为对照组，给予一般常规护理；选择 65 人作为 观察组，与对照组相比，采取针对性的护理措施预防肺部感染。观察两组病人的住院时间、肺部感染率、感染 持续时间、护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的感染时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的 护理满意程度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 预防肺部感染的护理干预能够有效地减少患者肺部感染的发生 率，缩短患者的住院时间，还能提高患者对护理的满意度，是值得在临床上推广和应用的。

Abstract

Objective To study the application of nursing interventions for preventing pulmonary infection in patients in infectious disease wards. Method 130 hospitalized patients in the Department of Infectious Diseases from June 1, 2021 to June 1, 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 65 as the control group, receiving general routine care; 65 people were selected as the observation group, and targeted nursing measures were taken to prevent lung infections compared to the control group. Observe the hospitalization time, pulmonary infection rate, infection duration, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients. Result The infection time and hospitalization time of the observation group patients were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing interventions to prevent pulmonary infection can effectively reduce the incidence of pulmonary infection in patients, shorten their hospitalization time, and improve their satisfaction with nursing. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
