摘要
目的 探究老年肾内科护理流程及质量控制重心。方法 随机数字表法选择 2020.9-2021.9 收治的肾
内科老年患者 80 例分为对照组、观察组。常规护理对照组，给予观察组护理干预措施。结果 观察组安全隐患发
生率与护理满意度均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对肾内科老年患者采用针对性的护理干预措施能够有效规避
各类不良风险安全隐患对患者身心产生的不利影响，提高护理干预质量的同时有利于患者病情的恢复。值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing process and quality control focus of geriatric nephrology department.
Methods 80 elderly patients in the department of nephrology admitted from September 2029 to September 2021.9 were
randomly divided into control group and observation group. The routine nursing control group was given nursing
intervention measures in the observation group. Results The incidence of potential safety hazards and nursing
satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing
intervention measures for elderly patients in nephrology department can effectively avoid the adverse effects of various
adverse risks and hidden dangers on patients' physical and mental health, and improve the quality of nursing intervention,
which is conducive to the recovery of patients' condition. It is worth promoting.
