基于 IKAP 理念的院外护理对慢性心衰患者服药信念、生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探讨基于 IKAP 理念的院外护理对慢性心衰患者服药信念、生活质量的影响。方法 将我院 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 60 例慢性心衰患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验组实施基于 IKAP 理念的 院外护理。比较两组护理前后服药信念、生活质量、护理满意度、半年内再次入院的比例、院外并发症发生率。 结果 实验组服药信念、生活质量高于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，半年内再次入院的比例低于对照组，院 外并发症发生率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 慢性心衰患者实施基于 IKAP 理念的院外护理效果确切，可有效提 高患者的服药信念、生活质量，减少半年内再次入院的比例、院外并发症发生率，提高患者的满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of out of hospital nursing based on the IKAP concept on medication belief and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure. Method Sixty patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received out of hospital care based on the IKAP concept. Compare the medication belief, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, proportion of readmission within six months, and incidence of out of hospital complications between the two groups before and after nursing care. Result The medication belief and quality of life of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group. The proportion of re admission within six months was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of out of hospital complications was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   The implementation of out of hospital care based on the IKAP concept in patients with chronic heart failure has a definite effect, which can effectively improve their medication belief and quality of life, reduce the proportion of re admission within six months, the incidence of out of hospital complications, and improve patient satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
