心理护理在儿童预防接种中的效果

摘要

目的 探讨心理护理在儿童预防接种中的效果。方法 选取来我院进行预防接种儿童 100 名作为研究 对象，人员截选时段为 2020 年 1 月-2021 年 12 月。采取计算机随机分配的方式将研究对象分为观察组与对照组， 每组人员均 50 例，其中对照组在预防接种期间采取常规护理，观察组在此基础上采取心理护理，随即比对入组 对象在不同护理干预下接种时情况、护理满意度与不良反应发生率。结果 通过对比两组数据可知，观察组接种 期间，儿童一次接种成功率和护理满意度显著高于对照组，同时在观察组不良反应发生率中，其儿童出现腹泻腹 痛、恶心干呕以及发热头晕现象人数显著少于对照组，两组观察对象临床数据差异较大，有统计学意义，P＜0.05。 结论 通过在儿童预防接种期间实施心理护理干预，可显著提升儿童接种成功率，提高家属护理满意度，且对儿 童造成的接种后续不良反应较少，具有较高安全性，可用于临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in children.
Methods 100 children from our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the selection period was from January 2020 to December 2021. Take the way of computer random allocation of the study object is divided into observation group and control group, each group of 50 cases, including the control group during vaccination take routine care, observation group on the basis of psychological care, then than the enrolled object under different nursing intervention vaccination, nursing satisfaction and the incidence of adverse reactions.
Results By comparing the data of the two groups, the observation group during vaccination, the success rate of vaccination and nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group, the children diarrhea abdominal pain, nausea and nausea and fever dizziness phenomenon significantly less than the control group, two groups of observation object clinical data difference is larger, have statistical significance, P <0.05.
Conclusion   Through the implementation of psychological nursing intervention during the vaccination period, the success rate of child vaccination can be significantly improved, the satisfaction of family care can be improved, and the subsequent adverse reactions to children can be less, which has high safety, and can be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
