摘要
目的 分析中医护理干预在急性肾盂肾炎患者的应用效果。方法 以我院 2021 年 1 月至 12 月内收治
的 76 例急性肾盂肾炎患者为本次研究对象，并以随机数字法分为常规组（38 例，常规护理）和观察组（38 例，
中医护理），对比分析两组患者护理干预前后的中医症候积分及对护理服务的满意度评价。结果 （1）两组患者
护理干预前的中医症候积分均无统计学差异（P＞0.05），但护理干预后，观察组患者的各项中医症候积分均显
著低于常规组（P＜0.05）；（2）观察组患者对护理服务的满意度评价显著高于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急
性肾盂肾炎患者的临床护理中，开展中医护理干预，可快速改善或消除患者的疾病症状，促进患者病情转归，并
以此取得理想护理评价。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in
patients with acute pyelonephritis. Methods 76 patients with acute pyelonephritis admitted to our hospital from January
to December 2021 were selected as the subjects of this study, and were randomly divided into a conventional group (38
cases, conventional nursing) and an observation group (38 cases, traditional Chinese medicine nursing). Comparative
analysis was conducted on the TCM syndrome scores and satisfaction evaluation of nursing services before and after
nursing intervention between the two groups. Results (1) There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores
between the two groups before nursing intervention (P>0.05), but after nursing intervention, the TCM syndrome scores
of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group (P<0.05）; (2) The evaluation of
patients' satisfaction with nursing services in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the conventional
group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with acute pyelonephritis, carrying out traditional Chinese
medicine nursing intervention can quickly improve or eliminate the symptoms of the disease, promote the prognosis of
the patient, and thereby achieve an ideal nursing evaluation.
