摘要
目的 探讨根治性胰十二指肠切除术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成危险因素及其护理对策。方法 将我
院 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月 80 例根治性胰十二指肠切除术后患者，抽签法分二组。对照组给予常规护理，实验
组实施常规护理联合下肢深静脉血栓预防护理。比较两组满意度、住院时间、下肢深静脉血栓形成率。结果 实
验组满意度高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，下肢深静脉血栓形成率低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 根治性胰十
二指肠切除术后患者实施常规护理联合下肢深静脉血栓预防护理效果确切。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the risk factors and nursing countermeasures of deep vein thrombosis of
lower extremity after radical pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods 80 patients after radical pancreatoduodenectomy in our
hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group was
given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given routine nursing combined with deep venous thrombosis
prevention nursing. Satisfaction, length of hospital stay and the rate of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs were
compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control
group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, and the rate of deep venous thrombosis of
lower extremities was lower than that of the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion The effect of routine nursing combined
with preventive nursing of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity after radical pancreatoduodenectomy is accurate.
