Nursing effect analysis of elderly patients with acute and chronic pyelonephritis
老年患者急慢性肾盂肾炎护理效果分析

摘要

目的 旨在探讨护理在老年患者急慢性肾盂肾炎中的效果。方法 选取 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 8 月 我院收治的肾盂肾炎患者 50 例，并按等比例分配至研究组（n=25）或对照组（n=25）。综合比较分析两组患者 的临床疗效和护理满意度。结果 与常规护理相比，在优质护理组中有 10 例治愈、14 例好转和 1 例无效，治疗 有效率为 96.00%，明显高于对照组，P < 0.05，此外，在优质护理组中有 15 例非常满意和 10 例满意，并无护理 不满意病例，护理满意度为 100.00%，明显优于对照组，P < 0.05。结论 对于老年患者急慢性肾盂肾炎而言，护 理具有重要的临床意义，科学合理的护理干预能够促进患者的康复，提升护理满意度，具有较大的临床潜力。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of nursing in elderly patients with acute and chronic pyelonephritis.
Methods: Fifty patients with pyelonephritis admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected and assigned to the study group (n=25) or the control group (n=25) in equal proportion. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed comprehensively.
Results Compared with conventional nursing, in the high quality nursing group, there were 10 cases cured, 14 cases improved and 1 case ineffective, the effective rate of treatment was 96.00%, significantly higher than the control group, P < 0.05, in addition, in the high quality nursing group, there were 15 cases very satisfied and 10 cases satisfied, and no nursing dissatisfaction cases, nursing satisfaction of 100.00%, significantly better than the control group. P < 0.05.
Conclusion   For elderly patients with acute and chronic pyelonephritis, nursing has important clinical significance, scientific and reasonable nursing intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, has greater clinical potential.
