Analysis of psychological nursing effect on improving heart function in patients with heart failure
心理护理对心力衰竭患者心功能的改善作用分析

摘要

目的 分析对心力衰竭患者实施心理护理干预对其心功能的改善作用。方法 抽取 2020 年 6 月到 2021 年 9 月期间在我院住院治疗的心力衰竭患者 70 例，将以以随机信封法平均分成观察组（n=35）和参照组（n=35） 两组，参照组患者接受心内科常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上接受心理护理，对两组患者的心功能改善情况[包 括血脑钠肽前体（pro-BNP）水平、左室射血分数（LVEF）、6 分钟步行距离（6-MWT）]以及治疗依从性进行 比较。结果 （1）干预前对两组患者的 pro-BNP 水平、LVEF 以及 6-MWT 进行比较，结果显示差异不具备统计 学意义（P＞0.05）；经心理护理干预后观察组患者上述指标均明显优于观察组（pro-BNP 比参照组低、LVEF 比 参照组高、6-MWT 比参照组远）（P＜0.05）。（2）经心理护理干预后观察组患者的治疗依从性评分比参照组 患者高（P＜0.05）。结论 对心力衰竭患者除采取心内科常规护理以外，增加实施心理护理有利用提高患者治疗 依从性，进而有利于改善患者心功能。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention.
Methods 70 patients with heart failure hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to September 20201 were divided into observation groups (n=35) and n=35 ）, the reference group received the usual care and psychological care for the improvement of cardiac function [including blood-brain peptide precursor (pro-BNP) level, left ventricular EF fraction (LVEF）,6 minute walking distance (6-MWT)] and treatment compliance.
Results (1) compared pro-BNP levels, LVEF and 6-MWT in the two groups before intervention, and the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the above indicators were significantly better than the observation group (lower pro-BNP, higher LVEF than the reference group, and 6-MWT farther than the reference group) (P <0.05).(2) The treatment compliance score of patients in the observation group after psychological nursing intervention was higher than that of patients in the reference group (P <0.05).
Conclusion   In addition to the routine care of heart failure patients, increase the use of psychological care to improve patients' treatment compliance, which is beneficial to improve their cardiac function.
